P90X Reviews: Much needed explaination

Hi guys. Sorry I haven’t blogged in a while. Let me just say that if you could step into my shoes for a day I swear you’d run screaming the other way. Don’t get me wrong, I understand there are many other people out there who would love to trade places with me and gladly take on my responsibilities. Let me bring you all up to speed. I know you guys are aware of some of the things that have been going on. There upper respiratory infection I got a couple weeks ago, then there was the second degree burns, after that came the gastro bug of the century that slammed my floor at work. Well now my daughter is having surgery in 9 days, my son was checked into the hospital today after catching said monster GI virus, and I have a fractured L5 vertebrate in my back from a lovely work injury. To top it off this great economy is starting to take it’s toll on my family and how we get by. Thanks to someone, who shall remain nameless, my daughter’s health insurance was switched right before her trip to the specialist and we now need to find a way to cover a certain percentage of her surgery plus a potential hospital stay (there’s a good chance of that happening thanks to her brother catching the vomit bug from hell). I have had to reschedule my entrance exam into nursing school just to give myself more time to study since I haven’t touched my books in weeks thanks to all this chaos. Long story short guys, life is difficult as hell right now. I am telling you all of this because I want you guys to know that this program is not a joke. It DOES take a lot of your time and commitment. You need to be able to have that support group to push you on the days you don’t want to go on. You need to have a lifestyle that can accomadate this kind of program. It is a great program. I am still amazed by the results my husband recieved. But unfortunately, if you don’t have the time try to either rearrange your lifestyle, or if  you can’t do that, find something else until you can. 10 Minute Trainer is something I did prior to this that worked great for me. I could workout when I had the time and was in charge of what program I could and could not do. I was really impressed with the results I felt and saw in the 39 days I did this program. I definately plan on picking it up again when life calms down. So I guess what I am saying is that I need to focus on a few other things right now before I go charging into something I don’t have time for. I hope this does not discourage any of you from trying this or any other program. I don’t think I need to preach the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I still plan on keeping active and doing what I can with my current injury. So thank you to all who chimed in with their advice and encouragement. I hope you continue on your own journeys and see great achievement. Remeber to always BRING IT!!!!

  4. It’s too bad that with so many things going on, you couldn’t find an hour to take for yourself. I see that you really took mostly breaks and this is actually a record of a failed attempt at p90x. This isn’t really how to bring it.

  5. Jen,
I just wanted to say how much you and your husband have inspired me to get this program going. My first day is tomorrow and I look at both of your blogs daily! Such fun, humor and honesty!
Thank you and I hope everything levels out for you and your little girl gets through the surgery with no complications!

  6. Hey. I was wandering if you could tell me how to make a 90 calendar like yours? I am new to blogging and also am on my 6th day of P90x and have seen both yours and Tom’s AMAZING results and progress. You both give me inspiration to track my journey. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

  9. As many of you know, P90x is a great program created by BeachBody and Tony Horton.

I personally have gone through the program and have significant results: Losing 10 Pounds while GAINING GREAT amounts of muscle, power, and health. I notice that my immune system is much stronger and my daily energy is much higher and I can go much longer without wearing out.

Anyway, I just found this great (coupon essentially) deal that allows ANYONE to try out the first 30 days of p90x for FREE.

Of course this comes with the ridiculously detailed yet efficient Diet/Nutrition plan that I had trouble following because it was very precise =/

Just submit your email here and I’ll send you the coupon so that you can get on your way to a healthier, stronger you!

  11. Commonly, university teachers want to testify the argumentative term paper writing skills of their students, nevertheless not all students are able to write correctly because of a job or other reasons. Thence, a media essay service should aid to write the expository essay in a short period of time.
