Started off this morning with breakfast in bed. My kids decided to make me some breakfast, isn’t that cute? They made me some toast, cereal, and orange juice. Tom had to work so it was just the 3 of us until after lunch. We kind of just spent time doing whatever we wanted. The kids played with their toys and their DS’s. I watched some TV and did some things on the computer. I skipped my AM snack. For lunch we had soup. The kids had chicken noodle and I had a very good garden vegetable one that healthy choice makes. After lunch we decided to stretch our legs some. The kids have been getting a touch of cabin fever with all the bad weather we’re having. So I found a cute workout on the exercise on demand channel (through Time Warner Cable). They have a 22 min program called Fit Family that is basically a bunch of streching and cardio. I decided to join them for a bit. I have been stationary for too long! It was fun and felt good to get the blood pumping again after all this time off. My leg definately didn’t like it, but no harm was done. After Tom got home we played some Wii bowling, a game of Sorry, and had dinner. I made a casserole with brown rice, chicken, broccoli, and low fat/low sodium cream of chicken soup. It was great! So now I am off to bed. Sounds like we’ll be getting more snow tonight. :(
