I used today as my off day for the week. I ended up getting sent home sick from work today. I was throwing up. Apparebtly I caught whatever it was Tom had last week (thanks a lot)! I haven’t thrown up since this afternoon so I think I’m doing ok. I just don’t think some Cardio X is what I need right now. Will pick up where I left off tomorrow.
