Today was a mess! That storm was no joke. We got at least 1/2 an inch of ice and 4-6 inches of snow by this morning. That generally isn’t a lot of snow for us, but with the ice it made things really suck for the drive into work at 6:30am. On top of that I had to take my state exam today. Good thing I had a good breakfast, yogurt with granola and strawberries. I think I did good on my exam, but we will have to wait and see until next week. My AM snack was a protein bar and for lunch I had butternut squash ravioli with an apple. The kids ended up having a snow day YAY! Tom went home early from work because he was barfing EW! I had to work until 3pm and then I went to the craft store to pick up a few Christmas crafts to do with the kids over the weekend. I also want to learn how to crochet. I think I want to try to make a scarf for my daughter for Christmas. I ended up skipping my PM snack because of my running around. When I got home I made dinner for me and the kids. We had chicken wraps with veggies. Tom had toast and applesauce….he has managed to keep it down thus far. Once dinner was done we made some of our ornaments that I had picked up earlier. They came out great!!! I can’t wait for tomorrow because we finally get out tree. It’s supposed to be wickedly cold so I don’t know if Tom will be joining us. After the crafts were done I decided to do my workout while Tom went back to bed and the kids cleaned their rooms. Our crappy weather put a damper on that though. We lost power twice during my workout!!! Do you know how hard it is to do yoga when you keep losing power?!? The power stayed off between 15-20 minutes each time. So by the time it came back on I was kind of cold. I started where I left off and finally ended around 8:30. I can’t say I was feeling the “zen” very much this week, what with the power outages and all. I was pretty much going through the motions and wanting to hurry up and get it done. I was very frustrated. So with that being said I am willing to bet I didn’t get the most out of tonight’s workout. I still felt nice and loose when it was done. I just noticed I was as “in the zone” as I should have been. Kind of bummed me out. At least I know I have tomorrow to make up for it. Tomorrow’s workout is Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper X. So after drugging through the snow I will let you know how it goes. Hope this blog finds you all in good health and happiness. Keep up the good work and keep trying. I can’t wait for all of us to reach the end and celebrate together!!!

I have the P90X DVD’s but I do not have the program guides. I would like to follow the P90X Lean program. Is there anyway I can obtain this information from you?
