Hey guys! I have decided to use today as my off day. Just so you know, I plan on using a week day as an off day generally. After doing some of this with my husband I have decided I enjoy working out more on the weekends than I do on weeknights (with my kids and work schedule it tends to be easier). So tomorrow will be Core Synergistics. Hope to see you all back here. Remember guys, keep up the good work. Even if you can’t walk the next day at work or are restarting the program you are at least trying…..and that is half the battle right there. Just getting up and pressing play 6 days a week. So I will keep going as long as you go with me!
